Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide CSU test engineering support and report to the CSU Director/Manager within the Project Management organization.
  • •Provide knowledge, expertise, input training, and consultative support for CSU project-related activities.
  • •Support CSU testing planning, turnover coordination, material management/quantities, quality control, and environment safety and health.
  • •Ensure CSU commissioning/startup duties including installation configuration validation, test planning, and document development.
  • •Perform and monitor equipment testing, prepare test records/pre-op binders, initiate/track punchlists, and support CSU turnover walkdowns with construction field engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program (Chemistry, Physics, or related) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Meet the requirements of DOE O 426.2A (engineering or related scientific major; 2 years job-related and 1-year nuclear experience, or an alternative).
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge, and requires a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance (candidates considered regardless of current clearance status).
  • •Successful drug screening and ability to complete any required pre-employment medical exams.
