Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement high-performance solutions that extend beyond a single org, establishing engineering patterns and standards for Xometry-AI within external PLM environments.
•Lead integration of production ML pipelines into the application layer to enable real-time geometry analysis and faster delivery while mentoring engineers on AI tools.
•Build formal networks between Siemens and Xometry to advance data governance and secure ring-fenced collaboration for part files within Siemens ecosystem.
•Define strategic direction and execute the Siemens-Xometry integration, delivering a defensible edge through DFM/IQE AI engines.
•Facilitate cross-functional discussions with senior leadership, guiding risk/reward decisions and documenting durable technical decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 195,000 annually
