Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide efficient and accurate teller functions while coaching other tellers in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Resolve complex client service issues and listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations.
  • •Transition clients to a banker and help clients achieve financial goals using financial wellness tools.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller-line duties including scheduling, coaching, and overseeing operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers within balancing guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork while managing multiple tasks.
