Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Cherrington PCD-MCCB engineering team across new product development, extensions, performance improvements, production holds, certification, and sustaining activities.
  • •Provide technical direction for MCCB innovation, product line/technology roadmapping, and prioritization of engineering resources.
  • •Resolve product issues related to yield, quality, warranty, component performance, resiliency, and third-party product holds.
  • •Analyze and track key performance metrics, develop action plans, and drive engineering activities to completion.
  • •Ensure engineering resources follow standard design principles, meet third-party certification standards, and maintain product documentation and regulatory requirements (UL/IEC/CSA, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •5 years of experience in new product development or product sustaining of industrial/mechanical products.
  • •3 years of experience as a leader of people.
  • •Strong technical understanding of low voltage circuit breakers and MCCB performance and certification standards.
  • •Direct knowledge of the MCCB product development process and UL/CSA/IEC/ANSI certification requirements.
