Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build systems, tools, and frameworks for developing, deploying, and operating agentic AI applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
  • •Advance agent accuracy by building evaluations, grounding, and feedback loops to measure correctness, reduce hallucination, and track override rates in production.
  • •Drive agent performance by optimizing latency, throughput, scalability, and inference cost across the platform.
  • •Strengthen agent safety with inherited permissions, guardrails, human-approval/escalation paths, auditability, and rollback to keep autonomy bounded.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to define requirements and longer-term platform capabilities, and mentor junior team members.
