Key Responsibilities

•Deliver pre- and post-contract QS/Cost and Commercial Management services for water sector projects, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management
•Lead and mentor teams dedicated to water infrastructure, and manage project leadership and delivery at senior levels where applicable
•Prepare bids and secure new water sector contracts, and represent WSP UK at industry events focusing on water initiatives
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of water-sector infrastructure projects
•Travel to project sites and client offices to manage contracts and commercial activities

Key Requirements

•MRICS or Assoc RICS, or working towards a professional qualification, with relevant experience within the water sector
•Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to evidence applicable knowledge, skills and experience concerning QS/Cost and Commercial competencies required by the relevant professional institutions, specifically relating to water sector projects
•Where applicable, possess demonstrable management, project leadership and delivery experience at a senior level in the water sector
•Hold a degree, or similar higher education academic qualification
