Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Fault Detection and Classification for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including identifying dependencies for specific manufacturing areas.
  • •Implement, comply with, maintain, and improve established standards for FDC strategies.
  • •Test and implement system changes and improvements, and manage controlled modifications via change management methodologies.
  • •Deploy and provide ongoing maintenance of FDC strategies (data collection, summarized indicators, limits, OCAPS) to minimize excursion and scrap risks.
  • •Coordinate FDC tasks using multiple manufacturing and engineering programs (MES, process control, SPC/APC, GEM/SECS, Engineering Change Notice) and act as a liaison between information systems, production, and engineering management.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain and improve Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) strategies for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
  • •Proficient in English with proven coding experience in Python, SQL, C++, etc.
  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science & Information Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or other science/engineering fields.
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor/memory and storage technologies, and familiarity with engineering software and tools.
  • •Understand and follow worldwide FDC best known methods (BKM), business rules, standards, and change management procedures.
