Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business and functional requirements to Sales/Experience Cloud standard features and functionality while defining and prioritizing scoping.
  • •Capture requirements from business users pertaining to the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • •Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals.
  • •Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for the engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software.

  • •Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
