Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead a new selection and recruitment process for driver partners.
•Prospect, recruit, and train driver partners to grow the driver network.
•Improve hiring and optimize the driver offer through effective regional driver allocation.
•Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing follow-up for driver and delivery partners in line with internal process requirements.
•Report relevant on-the-ground information to your manager and take necessary actions as needed.

•Have a higher technician diploma / bac+2 or more in communication, management, commerce, or a related field.
