Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead a new selection and recruitment process for driver partners.
  • •Prospect, recruit, and train driver partners to grow the driver network.
  • •Improve hiring and optimize the driver offer through effective regional driver allocation.
  • •Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing follow-up for driver and delivery partners in line with internal process requirements.
  • •Report relevant on-the-ground information to your manager and take necessary actions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a higher technician diploma / bac+2 or more in communication, management, commerce, or a related field.
