Key Responsibilities

  • •Model service and selling standards and coach associates in real time to deliver a premium client experience.
  • •Drive clienteling and omni-channel execution using CRM/client book usage, proactive outreach, follow-ups, and KPI achievement.
  • •Recruit, onboard, train, motivate, and performance-manage a high-performing store team, including check-ins and evaluations.
  • •Own store financial performance by forecasting, analyzing selling reports/business trends, and implementing action plans.
  • •Oversee operational excellence: opening/closing routines, cash handling/deposits, scheduling/payroll, inventory integrity, compliance, and facility security.
