Job Summary

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles, working with both mechanical and electrical systems. Apply deep knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electric vehicle components, follow repair documentation procedures, and use the appropriate software suite to record customer interactions. Collaborate with the service team and customers while supporting fast-paced, detail-oriented service operations, including potential remote support for the mobile service team.

•Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
•Maintain knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems.
•Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, including “The Three C’s.”
•Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions.
•Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; demonstrate and teach technical skills/knowledge with others.
