Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and direct the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
  • •Provide planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction with jobs performed and, as needed, perform data collection and data distribution on jobs.
  • •Coordinate the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job and provide input on individual performance levels of subordinates for on-the-job skills development.
  • •Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards; maintain basic computer skills and strong leadership/negotiation abilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires completion of a technical mechanical, electrical degree or related.
  • •4 years experience working as a Coiled Tubing supervisor.
  • •Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
  • •Advanced English Proficiency is mandatory.
  • •Have a "can do" attitude as well as energy and passion for learning.
