Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sourcing initiatives by documenting business knowledge and identifying end-user department needs.
  • •Participate in cross-functional sourcing initiatives and help build value-added relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • •Support category teams with supplier/contractor performance management, corrective action execution, and continuous improvement targets.
  • •Assist with negotiation planning/execution, applying Total Cost of Ownership and Best-Value principles in assigned sourcing projects.
  • •Use procurement tools to execute the PR–PO cycle on time and ensure compliance with procurement, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, or logistics from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement.
  • •Proficiency in Arabic (essential/preferred) and English (essential).
  • •Experience supporting procurement activities such as RFx processes, spend analysis, and contract evaluations/negotiations.
  • •Ability to ensure data quality for contracts and supplier databases while following procurement and safety policies and procedures.
