Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the seamless operation of technology across Pandora’s digital and retail channels.
  • •Monitor real-time product/service health and performance, using data to identify trends and address issues early.
  • •Strengthen incident management to reduce detection, containment, and resolution time for customer-impacting incidents.
  • •Embed operational excellence using DevOps and ITIL-based practices, improving observability and synthetic monitoring coverage.
  • •Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team while partnering across product, engineering, cybersecurity, and vendors to manage operational risks and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong people leadership and engagement experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Experience in technology operations, operational excellence, incident management, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of DevOps and ITIL practices.
  • •Experience with observability and DevOps tools, plus strong analytical skills to connect operations to business impact.
