Job Summary

Senior leadership role overseeing master planning for Aldar Development. Lead feasibility assessments, drive design and project management of master plan projects, coordinate with Development/Operations and authorities, and ensure delivery aligns with UPC AD 2030 vision and ROI targets across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide input to the Development team in feasibility assessments by developing site analysis, test fit and/or concept design
•Lead the development of Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) for master plan projects in response to the BP
•Manage Design Management and Project Management of master plan projects in line with the PIP and PEP up to Detailed Master Plan or Detailed Infrastructure Design
•Solicit input and communicate regularly during the planning process with Development/Operations teams and authorities to ensure BP/PIP/PEP intents are executed
•Provide support review and advisory services on master planning matters to Project Management during construction stage

Key Requirements

•Min of 15+ years of experience in real estate master planning processes, architecture or design of residential, mixed use and vertical assets
•Min of 5+ years in a managerial position
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent is required
•Technical post-graduate degree is preferred
•Deep exposure to GCC region and adjacent markets preferred
