Systems Administrator Team Lead

Oversee a team providing remote field services and end-user technical support for remote sites, including circuits, networks, and security systems. Prioritize inspection center and auction support for critical applications, troubleshoot issues via phone/email and remote tools, and collaborate with Property Operations, Security, and Construction. Lead vendor coordination for installs and turn-ups, coach and develop your team, and deliver monthly reporting while ensuring ITIL/SLA adherence and security controls.
