Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Support safe operations through strong stockroom standards and move dynamically to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly in and around the store areas during the shift.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
