Supervisor Production-2nd Shift- Sedalia Plant

Lead daily production operations on the 2nd shift to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time customer service. Coordinate staffing and daily activities, run pre-shift safety and ergonomic practices, monitor production for yields and downtime, and maintain USDA and food safety compliance. Directly supervise and develop production team members, manage performance and attendance, keep accurate production records, and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
