Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical depth in the water discipline and ensure standardized engineering execution across TI Asia sites.
  • •Perform technical assessments, FMEA reliability analysis, and risk evaluation to build discipline reliability roadmaps and mitigate systemic risks.
  • •Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex system upsets, parameter excursions, and recurring process alarms.
  • •Study, evaluate, and industrialize new water treatment/purification/wastewater recycling technologies, including feasibility and pilot/validation and mass deployment.
  • •Lead capital and expense engineering projects end-to-end, including capacity assessments, standardized specifications/bid packages, and commissioning/startup handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing wastewater and DIW/UPW systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with UF and coagulation/flocculation, STP operations, and RO/Mixed Bed/EDI systems.
  • •Strong foundation in water chemistry, chemical dosing control, pH neutralization, and semiconductor ultra-high-purity water quality requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of PLC/SCADA-monitored systems and experience managing projects from scope through commissioning.
