Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director, including clinical team operations.
  • •Maintain clinic environment and brand guidelines, and oversee vendor/business associate relationships for facilities, supplies, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory visits.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance through maintained systems and documents (including Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies).
  • •Hire, train, coach, and develop employees while managing daily care team schedules, PTO, and timecard approval.
  • •Monitor and drive practice KPIs, maintain accurate up-to-date data sources, and collaborate with Growth and clinical leadership to support member-centered experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in practice leadership within complex, multi-speciality ambulatory settings.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary, patient-facing teams with coaching and training to optimize service delivery and enhance patient experience.
  • •Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving technology tools and systems.
  • •Experience improving processes (e.g., Lean) to improve operational outcomes, including coaching others through structured process improvement.
