Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • •Own the technical scope of BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, and integration planning.
  • •Coordinate technical reviews of supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage FAT and SAT activities for major BESS components and oversee commissioning and integration into the broader energy system.
  • •Serve as the primary technical liaison across internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, and produce version-controlled project documentation for client handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy (PV, wind, microgrid, or BESS).
  • •In-depth knowledge of BESS components including PCS and substation systems.
  • •Proven experience with on-site BESS integration, electrical system design, protection & control, and SAT procedures.
  • •Working knowledge of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, and Modbus TCP/RTU, plus familiarity with relevant international standards and regulations.
