Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and integrate dashboards, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics for the CMM application.
  • •Design intuitive visualizations, implement SQL logic and metric definitions, and validate reporting artifacts.
  • •Ensure dashboard/report performance and monitor analytics SLA response times, including dashboard load time targets.
  • •Coordinate data replication/feeds and collaborate with product owners, data engineers, analysts, and UX designers to deliver integrated analytics features.
  • •Support AI/ML capabilities and maintain a master AI/ML Capability Register while applying responsible, compliant AI/ML practices.

Key Requirements

  • •MA/MS with 5+ years or BS/BA with 7+ years in information systems, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • •7+ years of related experience and expertise in Python, SQL, and data transformations for large-scale analytical systems.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight.
  • •Advanced SQL skills with experience working with analytical data models and semantic layers.
  • •Experience delivering reporting in regulated or high-sensitivity environments and translating requirements/KPIs into technical designs.
