Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities and verify that inspections and test plans cover all required scope per the approved ITP plan.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; inspect internally and raise NCRs to suppliers for substandard materials.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update stakeholders on current job status, and maintain records for weekly progress meetings and quality reporting.
  • •Establish and monitor QA/QC control of plans, method statements, and testing matrices; support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution per company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of working experience, with 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), with familiarity with quality standards and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of work-related standards and specifications, including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree/certifications such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA), Lead Auditor (ISO 9001), or ASQC (CQM/CQE), plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
