Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage hardware asset lifecycle end-to-end and maintain asset records across all lifecycle stages in the asset database.
  • •Perform hardware asset management duties, including HAM processes such as IMACS.
  • •Gather and validate hardware asset inventory data by working directly with internal stakeholders.
  • •Conduct data reconciliation among asset inventory and other data sources to ensure accuracy.
  • •Generate operational and ad-hoc reports, ensuring quality and timely delivery of customer requirements while suggesting process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •End-to-end hardware asset management lifecycle experience and ability to create and update asset records in an asset database.
  • •Experience with hardware asset management (HAM) processes, including IMACS or similar tools/processes.
  • •Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant data for hardware asset inventory management.
  • •Proficiency using data analysis tools and techniques, including MS Access and MS Excel.
