Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions that take real actions for real organizations in customer production environments.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, including architecture choices and ensuring deployed systems are validated and observable.
  • •Design agent intelligence such as prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; model and validate outputs.
  • •Co-build with customers and partners while translating business challenges into solutions that ship and surfacing platform gaps and field insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system and real code you can walk through.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to add more.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and improvements.
