Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a professional and effective administrative and business support service to the UK business.
  • •Collaborate with multiple teams to support a range of requests, fulfilling support requests and meeting SLAs and performance standards.
  • •Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and work-winning materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • •Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings, and logistics; support project tasks and requests.
  • •Act as first point of contact for questions and queries, provide concierge cover when required, and handle administration tasks such as printing, binding, photocopying, and raising support tickets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (desirable).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
