Key Responsibilities

  • •Master Data Strategy & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain master data management policies, standards, and procedures; lead initiatives to improve master data quality; collaborate with stakeholders to define ownership and governance frameworks; proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • •Database Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and optimize database structures for master data; oversee maintenance, backups, and performance tuning; evaluate new technologies; ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • •Change Management & Integration: Lead change management for master data initiatives; plan integration across disparate systems; collaborate with IT to design robust data integration solutions; manage lifecycle of master data changes.
  • •Process Optimization & Automation: Identify automation opportunities within master data workflows; design automated ingestion, validation, enrichment, and distribution processes; optimize existing processes for scalability.
  • •Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Act as SME for master data; provide guidance to departments; mentor junior team members; develop training on master data concepts and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in data management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on master data management (MDM).
  • •Proven experience with database architecture and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) including designing, implementing, and managing master data solutions.
  • •Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture principles.
  • •Extensive experience with data integration strategies and tools (e.g., ETL, API management, message queues).
