Job Summary

Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for a Docusign CLM & IAM B2B platform, focusing on enterprise experiences. Drive key platform capabilities including scalability and high-volume document processing, monetization levers, folder/content security and access controls, and data management (metadata, retention, lifecycle). Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and finance to define requirements, performance targets, SLAs, billing-aligned capabilities, and launch readiness through marketing, sales, and support.

•Translate stakeholder needs into problem statements and prioritized backlog items.
•Lead scalability requirements, including high-volume document processing and large enterprise folder structures.
•Partner with engineering to define SLAs, capacity planning, and performance targets.
•Evolve folder/content security and data management requirements, including permissions models, access controls, metadata, retention, and lifecycle rules.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience owning complex SaaS or platform products.

•Experience partnering with engineering on technically complex features.
•Experience with B2B mid-market or enterprise products (preferred: contract lifecycle management, workflow platforms, or enterprise productivity tools).
