Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in sales development, customer support, customer success, inside sales, or other customer-facing roles.
•Experience working within CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
•Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
•Experience supporting inbound sales or customer service processes.
•Experience maintaining CRM records and managing customer interactions.
