Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams by analyzing processes and gathering requirements for new systems and enhancements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, support solution design with technical teams, and perform data and process analysis to drive operational efficiencies. Manage stakeholder communications, support testing and UAT, contribute to change management and user training, and maintain accurate documentation throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and align technology delivery with organizational goals.
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems or enhancements, including pain points and inefficiencies.
•Assess and improve business processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing streamlined, automated workflows.
•Partner with technical teams on solution design, including system models, data flow diagrams, and user interface prototypes.
•Coordinate testing and quality assurance, support UAT, assist defect resolution, and contribute to change management, training, documentation, and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors in Finance, Business Management, IT, or a similar discipline.
•Minimum 8 years in business analysis or application management, focused on managing and delivering ERP applications.
•Ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
•Experience working in an agile/hybrid delivery environment and performing resource/effort estimations, scoping, and analysis.
•Advanced Microsoft application skills including Project Online/MS Projects, MS Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Azure DevOps; plus excellent organizational and time-management skills.
