Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).

  • •Influence and communicate at a senior level with proposals team and wider UK/global business streams and partners.
  • •Facilitate development of delivery solutions, winning bid strategies, and key messages.
  • •Work with technical authors to write and review tailored proposals; support interviews and mentor junior team members.
