Driver Operations Coordinator/Associate (6 Months Contract)

Coordinate last-mile deliveries by liaising with drivers and clients, tracking shipments to match client requirements, and partnering with the driver operations team to schedule logistics personnel for projects. Prepare EOD reports and invoices as needed, arrange same-day deliveries for events, and handle client requests including additional-charge claims. Support operational needs such as sorting and packing when required, working an evening shift onsite.
