  • •Develop MAAS core components and features to position MAAS as a leading bare metal cloud system.
  • •Shape MAAS architecture to improve performance, speed, and usability.
  • •Collaborate with other teams to ensure MAAS integrates well with other tools and is released on time.
  • •Contribute to continuous integration, tests, and practices to maintain fast feedback and strong test coverage.
  • •Own problem-solving efforts end-to-end and provide technical collaboration and documentation for data center operators and users.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong professional software development experience with Python and Go for back-end roles (or TypeScript and React for front-end roles).
  • •Strong Linux server knowledge and experience with virtualization and containers such as KVM and LXC.
  • •Knowledge of networking technologies including PXE, DHCP, TFTP, DNS, and NTP, plus experience with BMC protocols (e.g., Redfish, IPMI, AMT).
  • •Experience in networking, storage, and cloud hosting/infrastructure, ideally large-scale physical server provisioning and automation.
  • •A Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field, with excellent English communication.
