•Oversee product delivery by guiding execution of agentic solutions to contracting challenges and driving scalability for enterprise-scale performance.
•Partner with Product and Design to align solutions with customer needs and Ironclad’s strategic objectives.
•Actively contribute to the codebase, applying sound technical judgment to refine specs and designs.
•Own and improve core systems powering your team’s product surfaces, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

•Strong AI tooling familiarity (e.g., Claude Code) and ability to incorporate AI into customer-facing product experiences.
•Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, both spoken and written.
