Malware & Abuse Engineer

Monitor and investigate malware, spam, IP blocklisting, and abuse issues to protect customers and keep them informed. Escalate and resolve incidents from Support, write and document malware signature rules for scanning tools, and maintain workflows for remediation and DMCA notice processing. Use internal tools to detect abuse and resource overuse, collaborate across teams to gather required customer details, and recommend plan upgrades when constraints occur.
