Job Summary

Join the Budapest-based CAE Simulator Technician team to support advanced flight simulation technology. You’ll diagnose and fix issues on simulators, perform preventive maintenance and system checks, log activities in the maintenance system, carry out pre- and post-flight checks, run QTGs, complete training, assist with refurbishments, and ensure health and safety standards in an aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on simulators and associated systems.
•Learn and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on simulator systems.
•Use the Maintenance Management System to record and track maintenance activities.
•Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks on all simulators.
•Run Qualification Test Guide (QTG) procedures.

Key Requirements

•Technical college diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace/Aviation, or Computer Engineering; at least 1 year of relevant experience in one of the listed technical fields.
•Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic understanding of avionics, motion and visual systems.
•PC architecture and/or networking knowledge; ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
•Ability to work in Budapest, Hungary (work authorization may be required depending on citizenship).
•Strong teamwork, initiative, and customer-service orientation.
