Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new product startup and sustain high-volume yield and product-grade improvements.
  • •Lead yield/product grade enhancement by monitoring performance-to-plan and driving improvement activities.
  • •Perform data analysis, and summarize, present, and publish results to associated groups.
  • •Design and run DOE to drive improvement activities and coordinate task forces to mitigate yield loss and generate continuous-improvement roadmaps.
  • •Partner with wafer fab process/integration and other engineering teams to address process/device/test issues affecting product yield.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Microelectronic/Material Science/Data Science/Physics/Mathematics/Statistics.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong ability to drive complex projects to completion.
  • •Proven written and verbal communication skills across all levels, plus strong teamwork and peer relationship building.
  • •Experience in semiconductor yield analysis and/or EFA is an advantage.
  • •Good understanding of CMOS device physics and NAND device operations (probe test flow/test methodology is an added advantage).
