Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver SAP role and authorization design across the listed SAP systems (including ERP Transform scope).
  • •Implement and maintain identity governance and IAM capabilities using SAP IAG/IAS/IPS and Joule for IAG.
  • •Integrate identity and access governance components with SAP and non-SAP systems for joiner/mover/leaver processes.
  • •Support SoD access analysis by analyzing SoD violations and proposing practical risk remediation and mitigation controls.
  • •Perform data-quality validation and independently drive action items across parallel workstreams while explaining IAM/security concepts to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong SAP role and authorization design expertise across SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BW/4HANA.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP IAM components including SAP IAG, SAP IAS, SAP IPS, and identity lifecycle automation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
  • •Experience integrating SAP IAM components with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • •Knowledge of SoD concepts, SAP IAG Access Analysis, and SoD risk management, including designing and maintaining SoD rulesets.
  • •Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to identify inconsistencies and validate role and user dataset deliverables.
