Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities.
  • •Operate and perform simple maintenance on lawn equipment as needed.
  • •Provide labor support to site projects and upgrades.
  • •Maintain the grounds of the ROTHR facilities to include cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides.
  • •Candidate will perform all other related duties as assigned and required.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • •minimum of six months combined practical Grounds Maintenance experience
  • •clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles
  • •ability to qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator after 12 months of employment
  • •must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
