Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities.
•Operate and perform simple maintenance on lawn equipment as needed.
•Provide labor support to site projects and upgrades.
•Maintain the grounds of the ROTHR facilities to include cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides.
•Candidate will perform all other related duties as assigned and required.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
•minimum of six months combined practical Grounds Maintenance experience
•clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles
•ability to qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator after 12 months of employment
•must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
