Vans: Supervisor - Empire Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations at Vans by supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager while driving exceptional customer engagement and sales performance. Coach and develop associates, supervise opening/closing and floor coverage, and ensure strong operational execution across merchandising, stockroom flow, and inventory integrity (including loss prevention). Maintain visual merchandising standards, uphold company policies and safety procedures, and foster an inclusive team environment while participating in local community events.
