Job Summary

Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization for image-guided care in the Radiology and Urology markets. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, service, clinical collaborators, and external partners to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver on time and within budget. Coach multidisciplinary teams, manage program financials (budgets, forecasting, AOP alignment), and help improve execution with best practices to accelerate next-generation healthcare technologies.

•Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization for Radiology and Urology market solutions.
•Partner across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, service, and clinical/external partners to align priorities and manage risk.
•Provide leadership to large, multidisciplinary project teams, coaching Project Leaders and technical leads to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
•Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and AOP alignment while balancing scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
•Drive strategic growth by implementing best practices and improving project execution to bring next-generation healthcare technologies to market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 78,187 - 130,312

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading complex R&D project/program management in the medical technology industry, delivering cross-functional work across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
•Experience leading Project Leaders and large, multidisciplinary teams.
•Proficiency in project and portfolio management, stakeholder management, financial planning, and risk management, including Agile and SAFe methodologies.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering, IT, business administration, or project/program management field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience managing integrated hardware and software development programs, balancing technical dependencies, risk, and execution.
