  • •Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization for Radiology and Urology market solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading complex R&D project/program management in the medical technology industry, delivering cross-functional work across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
  • •Experience leading Project Leaders and large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Proficiency in project and portfolio management, stakeholder management, financial planning, and risk management, including Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering, IT, business administration, or project/program management field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience managing integrated hardware and software development programs, balancing technical dependencies, risk, and execution.
