Auto Detail Quality Lead

Supervise a team of hourly associates in a Carvana Inspection Center, managing car flow for repairs while driving production and quality targets. Coach and develop team members, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to processes, policies, and performance standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates using Quality Control standards, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on quality and estimated repair cost.
