Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve dashboards related to Customer Care, VoC, and Customer Journey performance.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Monitor KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, response times, and resolution rates; analyze customer care performance including ticket volumes and SLAs.
  • •Collaborate with CX, Service, Retail, and Digital teams to gather data inputs and business context.
  • •Identify patterns and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and present findings clearly.

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar quantitative/analytical field
  • •Strong interest in data analysis and customer experience, with ability to apply academic knowledge in a practical business setting
  • •Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
  • •Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and approaching problems in a structured way
  • •Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
