Operations Delivery Analyst

Provide technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations. Assess system capacity, recommend equipment or modifications, and prepare operational cost estimates while evaluating vendor hardware proposals. Own documentation, test plans, and last-mile testing/check-outs from UAT to production, then run post-release operational readiness checks. Track and resolve production and process issues through root cause analysis, working closely with Product, Tech, and global Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
