Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and provide product guidance for footwear, apparel and bags; actively upsell where appropriate
  • •Maintain product displays, shelf replenishment, stock organization and cashier/point-of-sale responsibilities
  • •Ensure high standard of customer service in line with global Puma expectations and store standards
  • •Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness; support opening/closing procedures as needed
  • •Collaborate with teammates to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience and participate in training initiatives
