Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Claims matters and input notification/PLA/DLA into system; data migration from legacy system to GRU Indonesia
  • •Build client relationships in tandem with Client Relationship Manager, working as a Client Team
  • •Monitor claims SLAs and take accountability for performance; issue claims/cash calls in accordance with contract terms and SLAs
  • •Submit supporting documents to reinsurers promptly after receipt from clients; provide weekly claim approvals to clients
  • •Adhoc tasks and coordination with Finance and Regional Client Services to align with Global Standardization and Best Practices

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Math or related field
  • •Preferably 2 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Ability to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills
  • •Excellent attention to detail
