  • •Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM, for GTM teams plus other departments when needed
  • •Developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and bring top talent into the business
  • •Qualify quality candidates against the company, role and team culture by understanding how each role fits into the business
  • •Partner with hiring managers—building trust, updating on the talent market, and incorporating feedback
  • •Work as part of a global TA team while maintaining independence and leveraging team support
