Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee journeymen plumbers and all plumbing work for Renuity Nevada and other states as needed.
  • •Develop and maintain plumbing best-practice materials, including a Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook and hire-to-retire practices.
  • •Train plumbers and guide install processes for plumbing services, including shower and walk-in bath installations and water heater additions or replacements.
  • •Ensure code compliance by coordinating permit processing, inspections, and testing for proper and safe operation.
  • •Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot plumbing issues, solving problems and risks and selecting appropriate solutions.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master Plumber license in the State of Nevada (required).
  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Proven experience as a Master Plumber.
  • •5+ years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR, with reliable transportation to job sites.
