Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve global strategy for HOKA Performance Apparel across Road and Trail, partnering with senior leadership.
  • •Define category priorities, line architecture, seasonal opportunities, and long-range product direction using multi-source insights.
  • •Lead product creation from opportunity identification and briefing through commercialization and go-to-market readiness.
  • •Guide technical product decisions across fit, fabric, construction, layering systems, weather protection, and use cases for race, training, and trail.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Performance Apparel PLM team; drive alignment across internal partners and deliver product storytelling at key GTM gates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,700 - 208,800

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Product, Merchandising, Design, Business, Apparel/Textiles, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •7-10 years of product line management, merchandising, product creation, or category management experience, with performance apparel creation experience.
  • •Experience running, outdoor, trail, activewear, or sport performance categories strongly preferred; men’s and women’s apparel experience preferred.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain talent in a global/matrixed organization.
  • •Strong product judgment and ability to translate consumer, athlete, marketplace, trend, and financial insights into strategy, actionable briefs, and product stories.
