Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage the continuous improvement pipeline for colleague experience opportunities sourced from research, trends, observations, stakeholder feedback, and insights findings.
  • •Lead the Sales Always On operating model end to end: research planning, opportunity synthesis, prioritization, delivery tracking, communications, and post-launch validation.
  • •Investigate colleague workflows to identify root causes, quantify friction, and distinguish between education needs, defects, enhancements, workflow improvements, and strategic opportunities.
  • •Establish value hypotheses and measurement approaches before delivery, partner to incorporate measurement/telemetry, and report forecasted vs. realized benefits.
  • •Serve as an escalation resource for complex Sales Tools support issues, partner with Support & Insights to convert themes into systemic improvements, and manage investment utilization and operating rhythms.
